Welcome to Hybrt ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to use this website or place an order.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed upon full payment.
We accept iDEAL, Apple Pay, Klarna, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes (outside the EU) are not included.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer tracked shipping within the EU, USA, and Asia.
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery delays due to customs or carriers are beyond our control.
Duties and taxes outside the EU are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers must contact us via info@hybrt.com before returning any items.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return unworn, unused items in their original packaging.
Underwear and intimate apparel cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and approved.

6. Discounts & Promotions

Promotions and discounts are valid only for the specified products and time frames.
Previous purchases are not eligible for retrospective discounts.

7. Intellectual Property & Penalty

All images, logos, and designs are property of Hybrt.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content will result in a penalty of €2,500 per infringement, plus legal costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be settled in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
